Sandfire is a business innovation company based in the Netherlands. We analyze trends in consumer and business behaviour and translate those trends into profitable business concepts for both profit and non-profit markets. We study the needs that are addressable and create new compelling propositions for specific target markets or groups.

We work for large international companies, as well as small innovative ones. We also work for non-profit and charity organisations. Among our clients are: Corio Retail, Essent Kabelcom, CliniClowns, CSS, Medicines sans Frontieres, Accon AVM, JellinekMentrum, FNV Bondgenoten, NLGD Festival of Games, the cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort as well as the provinces of Utrecht and Flevoland.

Next to our strategic consulting, we love to be entrepreneurs. Sandire is developing their own portfolio of investments. Currently we are active with Beace.nl, an innovative financial service provider, Artificial Industry, an online communication company that focuses on customer centricity, customer service and conversion and the NLGD Festival of Games.
